Due to the collectible and limited-edition nature of many Jasmine Walt products, all customers are encouraged to review this policy before completing their purchase.

Jasmine Walt reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.

All Sales Are Final
Please note that all sales are final. Because our books and merchandise are produced in limited quantities and often made-to-order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@jasminewalt.com and include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or error
  • Our team will review your claim and provide next steps for replacement or resolution.

Exceptions
Only items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for replacement. We cannot accept returns for:

  • Books or merchandise in good condition
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

Refunds (if applicable)
In the rare case a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at help@jasminewalt.com for an update.
